We regularly advise other property professionals where their clients require specific development

advice that may be outside their expertise; assisting many Solicitors, Commercial Surveyors and

Estate Agents on residential development matters.

Whether you are buying or selling it is worth noting that we only sell land and not the new homes

that are built upon it. Subsequentaly there are no conflicts of interests, loyalties or presumed

selling rights to be concerned about. We just sell land.

rundown properties, sites with planning permission as well as longer term planning proposals.

When offering advice all aspects are considered, from the conception of the initial scheme,
